Weekly one hour face to face or Zoom coaching calls covering:

  • Goal setting – what do you want to achieve and why are your goals important to you?
  • What’s the Reality of where you are now, including the obstacles that you need to overcome?
  • What are the Options that are available to you and which options will work for you?
  • What’s the way forward to achieve your desired outcome?
  • Written follow up with agreed Weight Loss Action Plan

Daily accountability updates via WhatsApp from you to me on each day’s progress. Feedback on each daily update will also be provided by me back to you.

How much will Coaching cost?

Weekly one hour face to face meetings or zoom calls, as well as 30 minutes allocated for written action plan and responses to daily WhatsApp updates is £60 per week for a 4 week commitment (£240 in total*).

*Additional 60 minute face to face or Zoom calls and updated action plan priced at £60 per meeting/call.
