1-2-1 & 1-2-2 PT sessions (without equipment) in an outdoor public places (Beverley Park) are still allowed under Lockdown restrictions. However as I feel that face to face PT is not currently within the spirit of what the government are trying to achieve, I have made the decision to suspend PT sessions until further notice.

Train either in a private gym just off New Malden High Street KT3, or outside in Beverley Park.

The equipment you will be taught to safely use will include Kettlebells, Suspension Trainers, Core Bags, Battle Ropes, Boxing Gloves and Slam Balls.
