Full coaching and ongoing support is provided to enable you to change behaviours, improve habits in order to become the best you can possibly be.
Train either in a private gym with outside training space just off New Malden High Street KT3, or outside in Beverley Park.
Personal Training with Pete Bodley-Scott will be dynamic and engaging and will enable you to smash your health, fitness and weight loss goals.
The equipment you will be taught to safely use will include Kettlebells, Suspension Trainers, Olympic Bars, Battle Ropes, Dumbbells and Slam Balls.
Personal Training sessions can be delivered as either 1-2-1 or with a friend or partner. You choose how you want to train and the personal training sessions will be tailored to meet your goals.
