Pete is a Sandhurst trained former Army Officer, who served as a Captain  in the Parachute Regiment.

After leaving the army, Pete co-founded the Cloud Computing Company Premier IT Networks, where he was The Sales and Marketing Director.

After selling Premier IT Networks to Node4 in 2015 and working for Node4 post acquisition, Pete retrained as a Personal Trainer & Weight Loss Coach and now provides Personal Training, boot camp classes and coaches clients to achieve their weight loss goals in New Malden, Surrey KT3.

Pete has a broad depth of skills, knowledge and experience in coaching those who work with him to achieve their weight loss and health & fitness goals.

Pete has a particular strength in body conditioning; which includes coaching clients with reducing excess body weight and increasing lean muscle mass. This is achieved by taking a holistic approach with coaching clients to change habits, improve nutrition and introduce effective exercise. Pete is skilled and experienced  in motivating and coaching clients to achieve weight loss and improved fitness goals which can be sustained for life.

Pete is a great believer in High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) as an effective way for clients to exercise to achieve weight loss and fitness goals.

Results are achieved through a combination of practical nutritional advice as well as Personal Training sessions and boot camp style exercise classes. Whichever mode of training clients prefer, exercise sessions are always effective, enjoyable, challenging and most importantly fun.

Pete trains his clients in a fully equipped Private Gym just off New Malden high street and he is also licensed to provide personal training, small group and Boot Camp classes in Beverley Park New Malden, Surrey KT3.
