Outdoor boot camp exercise classes are a fun way to get fit in a group environment. Classes and exercises are tailored to meet all levels of ability from the absolute beginner through to the seasoned athlete. All abilities are welcome and nobody ever gets left behind.
Full teaching is provided on technique and exercise equipment, including Kettlebells, Suspension Trainers, Core Bags, Battle Ropes, Slam Balls and Boxing Gloves.
30 – 45 seconds per station for 10 stations and each circuit is repeated two to three times per class.
Beverley Park Boot Camp classes run on Monday, Wednesday & Friday mornings at 06:15 and Monday and Friday at 09:15.
Coombe Hill Juniors Boot Camp classes run on Tuesday evenings (term time only) at 7:15pm
Classes are 45 minutes in duration and please book in advance and arrive 10 minutes before the start of your first Boot Camp class.
Beverley Park Boot Camp – Your first Boot Camp class is free. Boot Camp classes then cost £6 each when booked in packages of 10.
Coombe Hill Juniors Boot Camp – Boot Camp classes then cost £7 each when booked in packages of 10.
