If the answer is yes to one or more of the above, then engaging with a coach could be what you are looking for in order to fully optimise your health and fitness potential.

What’s involved:

• Weekly 30 minute Zoom call / phone call to set and review:
○ Your Goals – what do you want to achieve and why they are important to you?
○ What’s the Reality of where you are now, including the obstacles that you need to overcome?
○ What are the Options that are available to you?
○ What Will you do to achieve your desired outcome?
• Written follow up with agreed action Plan
• Daily accountability updates via WhatsApp from you to me on each day’s progress. Feedback on each daily update will also be provided.

How much will Coaching cost?

The weekly 30 minute zoom call, as well as 30 minutes allocated for written action plan and responses to daily WhatsApp updates is £25 per week for a 3 week commitment (£75 in total*). Price from 1st February 2021 will be £150 for three week commitment.

*Additional 30 minute Zoom calls and updated action plan priced at £20 per call.
