Pete is a Sandhurst trained former Army Officer, who served as a Captain  in the Parachute Regiment.

After leaving the army, Pete co-founded the Cloud Computing Company Premier IT Networks, where he was The Sales and Marketing Director.

After selling Premier IT Networks to Node4 in 2015 and working for Node4 post acquisition, Pete retrained as a Personal Trainer and now runs 1-2-1, small group and boot camp classes in New Malden, Surrey.

Pete has a broad depth of skills, knowledge and experience in coaching those who work with him to achieve their health and fitness goals.

Pete has a particular strength in body conditioning. By taking a holistic approach with his clients, he is able to motivate and train them to achieve weight/fat loss goals which can be sustained for life.

Pete is a great believer in High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) as an effective way to train for clients to achieve weight loss and fitness goals.

This is achieved through practical nutritional advice as well as 1 to 1, small group and boot camp style exercise classes. Whichever mode of training you preferr, personal training programmes are always effective, enjoyable, challenging and most importantly fun.

Pete trains his clients in a fully equipped Private Gym in New Malden and he is also licensed to provide 1-2-1, small group and Boot Camp classes in Beverley Park New Malden, Surrey.
